You may request deletion of personal data held by NHR Soft. This page explains how requests are submitted, reviewed, and completed.

What We Can Remove
- Account profile information and contact details where stored by us.
- Support or contact submissions that do not need to be retained.
- Usage data linked directly to your identity where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What May Need To Be Retained
Some records may need to be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or dispute-resolution reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we may restrict processing or anonymize the remaining records where appropriate.
Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete valid requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and any legal retention obligations.
