Troubleshooting

Cleanup did not close every tab

Pinned, recently active, protected, and audio tabs may be skipped to avoid destroying current work.

Autofill asks for website access

Website access is optional and requested per site only when the user enables autofill for that site.

Forgotten master password

The vault is encrypted locally. NHR Soft cannot recover or reset a forgotten master password.

Online checks are unavailable

Safe Browsing, HIBP, and RDAP checks are optional network features. The rest of the extension can continue locally.
