By accessing or using any NHR Soft website, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of NHR Soft.
NHR Soft provides digital software products and development services. Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, access is granted through the email address provided at checkout.
NHR Soft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time with reasonable notice to existing users.
When you purchase a NHR Soft product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal or business purposes, subject to any specific terms in the product's licence agreement.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), the Merchant of Record for NHR Soft products. By completing a purchase, you enter into a payment agreement with Paddle subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Your use of NHR Soft products is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
All NHR Soft products, source code, designs, brand assets, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of NHR Soft and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the specific licence granted for purchased products.
We make reasonable efforts to keep services operational and stable. However, uptime may be affected by scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Planned maintenance notices will be communicated through our support channels where possible.
NHR Soft products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NHR Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of NHR Soft products or services.
NHR Soft's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
NHR Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to products and services if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may also close your account at any time by contacting info@nhrsoft.com. Upon termination, your licence to use purchased software is revoked.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, where necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on this page. Continued use of our products after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance.
