PayDay Tracker

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using PayDay Tracker, a Chrome extension published by NHR Soft for bill reminders, payment records, receipt copies, and calendar projections.

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using PayDay Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and the PayDay Tracker Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

What PayDay Tracker Does

PayDay Tracker helps users save bill details, create reminder schedules, record payment history, attach receipts, review due dates, and view calendar projections. PayDay Tracker is an organization and reminder tool. It is not a bank, lender, payment processor, financial adviser, tax adviser, or credit service.

No Payment Processing

PayDay Tracker does not transfer money, pay bills, collect card details, connect to bank accounts, or verify whether a bill has actually been paid. Payment records inside the extension are manual records controlled by the user.

User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the bills, due dates, amounts, notes, payment records, transaction references, receipt files, exported files, and backup content you create or store with PayDay Tracker.

You are responsible for reviewing bill information, making payments through your chosen providers, keeping backup files secure, and confirming actual account balances or payment status outside the extension.

Local Storage, Export, and Backup

PayDay Tracker stores bill and payment data locally in Chrome extension storage unless you choose to export, back up, or sync data. Exported files and receipt copies are controlled by you after download or attachment.

Optional Google Drive backup or Google Calendar reminder features require Google sign-in. Google services are governed by Google's own terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

NHR Soft may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue PayDay Tracker features. We may update these terms when features, legal requirements, or operating practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

No Warranty

PayDay Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NHR Soft disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, reminder accuracy, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NHR Soft will not be liable for missed payments, late fees, inaccurate user-entered data, lost records, lost receipts, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunities arising from use of PayDay Tracker.
