Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using PromptPin, a Chrome extension published by NHR Soft for managing AI prompts locally with optional encrypted Google Drive backup.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using PromptPin, you agree to these Terms of Service and the PromptPin Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

What PromptPin Does

PromptPin helps users save, organize, search, copy, insert, selectively export, import, and back up AI prompt content. PromptPin is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or usefulness of any AI prompt or AI-generated output.

User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, notes, tags, imported files, exported files, and backup content you create or store with PromptPin. Do not use PromptPin to store or share content that violates law, infringes rights, exposes confidential information without authorization, or causes harm.

You are responsible for reviewing prompts before using them with AI tools, especially when prompts involve business, legal, medical, financial, security, or personal data.

Local Storage, Export, and Backup

PromptPin stores prompt library data locally in Chrome extension storage unless you choose to export or back up data. Exported files are controlled by you after download.

Optional Google Drive backup requires Google sign-in. Backups are encrypted before upload and stored in the extension's Google Drive app data folder. You are responsible for keeping your backup password safe. NHR Soft cannot recover backups if you lose the password.

Google and Chrome Services

PromptPin uses Chrome extension APIs and, when enabled by the user, Google identity and Google Drive APIs. Google services are governed by Google's own terms and policies. PromptPin is not endorsed by Google unless Google separately states otherwise.

Availability and Changes

NHR Soft may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue PromptPin features. We may update these terms when features, legal requirements, or operating practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

No Warranty

PromptPin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NHR Soft disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NHR Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of PromptPin.
